The Shoot

At Biz360Tours our goal is to provide you with high-quality photos according to the package selected. Each property is unique and if you would like us to photograph specific areas please lets us know before the shoot. If you would want particular shots or areas of the property to be photographed, it is the client’s responsibility to supply us with a list of shots that are needed.

Your time is valuable, and so are our photographers. Please make sure the property is ready to be photographed at the time of the photoshoot. This includes having the exterior of the home clear of trash and cars removed from the driveway. The interior of the house should have all the rooms organized and cleaned, bathrooms should have the toilet seats down and the kitchen sink clear of dirty dishes. Our photographers are on a schedule the property MUST be ready to be photographed at the time of the shoot. This includes making sure contractors such as landscapers are not working during the scheduled shoot time.

Please note that all areas of the property are to be photographed in AS-IS condition. We train our photographer to make every reasonable effort to create the best possible image, however, they are not maids, landscapers or sanitation workers. Due to insurance reasons, our photographers are not to move furniture or other items at the property. If staging is needed, please have it done before the photography session.

The exterior of the Property

We typically shoot five images of the exterior of the property, three in the front yard and two of the back.

Interior of the Property

On the interior of the home, we shoot all major rooms. These include the living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, all guest rooms and bathrooms. We do not photograph utility rooms, garages or closets unless you request these areas to be included in the package or if you would like to purchase extra images.

We will work with agents and homeowners in regards to pets, but the photographers are not a pet wrangler. Please make sure pets are contained during the shoot. Pets are never included in photos and need to be out of the way during the shoot.  If pets are an issue, please make a note of it when you order your services.

Photographer Safety

The Homeowner/agent shall ensure that there are no hazards to the photographer’s safety while at the property. This includes pets.

Cancellation, No-Show and Bad Weather Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a photoshoot, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled shoot. Any photoshoot canceled within 24 hours of the confirmed scheduled shoot may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. We will make every effort to accommodate your reschedule shoot at a requested future date.

If the homeowner or agent is to be at the property to grant the photographer access and does not show up the shoot may be subject to a $75 No-show fee.

Bad Weather

Well we do live in Florida, and one of the many reasons people come here is the sunshine, however, there are times when the weather is not so picturesque. Biz360Tours wants to provide you with the highest quality images possible and rainy days do not make for appealing photos. We will suggest a re-scheduling on the days when the weather is not good. If the property must go on the market and the shoot cannot be delayed, we will do our best to create the best possible images. The exterior of the property can be re-photographed at a later date for $50 or if you would like we can do a sky replacement. Sky replacements is an out-source service, and the fee will be the going rate of the vendor.
