Photo Terms and Conditions

When hiring Biz360Tours for your photography needs, you agree that you are only hiring Biz360Tours for a service and that you are not paying for the copyright or paying for ownership of the images. All images remain copyrighted to Biz360Tours no matter what, unless in writing.

Residential Real Estate Agreement:

By paying for residential real estate photos from Biz360Tours, you are granted a 1-year license to use the images to market the home for sale. Once the home is sold or the 1-year timeframe is up, you are no longer allowed to use the images unless with written permission. After the license expires, you agree to remove all the images from the internet immediately to avoid a relicensing fee. You agree that Biz360Tours retains all ownership and copyrights to the photographs and that if you violate the license agreement, you will be infringing on the copyright of Biz360Tours, which can lead to federal legal action as per the Copyright Office of the United States.

Commercial Real Estate License Agreement:

By paying for commercial real estate photos from Biz360Tours, you are granted a 1-year license to use the images to market the property for sale. Once the property is sold or the 1-year timeframe is up, you are no longer allowed to use the images unless with written permission. After the license expires, you agree to remove all the images from the internet immediately to avoid a relicensing fee. By paying for short-term rental photos from Biz360Tours, you are granted a 1-year license to use the images to market property. After the license expires, you agree to remove all the images from the internet immediately to avoid a relicensing fee.
