Creating a 3D digital twin for large commercial real estate listings.

Over the course of 4 days last month, we created a digital twin of a former luxury car dealership on Merritt Island, Florida for a commercial real estate client. The space was just over 66,000 square feet and consisted of two main showrooms with multiple offices in the main building on the first floor and on the second floor, there was more office space, a cafe, restaurant, movie theatre, barber shop, gym, arcade, and more. The second building was the used car sales area, service, and parts areas. This was truly a large and unique location that we were honored to photograph.
